Network of specialists2025/26 season
Paid projects.
Scope in writing.
No unpaid trials.
A network of independent specialists in BI, data engineering, AI and automation for real projects in the fresh produce trade. This is not a job ad and it is not a CV database.
Collaborator record/onboarding
Example
Every engagement is closed with a record like this before any work begins. If something on it isn't agreed, the project doesn't start.
§ 01Why this network exists
Production, sales, costs, sizes, quality, logistics and shrinkage. Tonnes of data spread across the ERP, forty spreadsheets and the packhouse software.
The bottleneck is never technical. It's that whoever knows data doesn't know the trade, and whoever knows the trade can't specify what they need.
That half is already solved here. What we're looking for is the other one: people who build well what already comes defined. You don't need prior fresh produce experience — the trade knowledge comes from the project director.
What the direction brings to every project
§ 02Profiles we're looking for
Each project is staffed with whichever are needed. You can be in the network for just one of them.

§ 03How we engage
We don't want a fixed payroll or a heavy structure: we want a stable network of people who join each project according to their specialism and availability. For that to work, terms are settled up front, not afterwards.
Put in writing before starting
How you get paid
Each collaborator is paid according to their share, responsibility and workload on the project. The basis is chosen up front, depending on the brief:
Fixed price per deliverable
When the scope is well bounded. The most common.
Day or hourly rate
For ongoing support or open-ended work.
Fixed amount per phase
On long projects broken into milestones.
Agreed revenue share
Only if agreed in writing before starting.
No free technical work for clients, and no “tests” that are really deliverables.
No permanent availability demanded without pay.
§ 04The deal
What we bring
What we expect from you
You don't need prior experience in the trade. The functional and sector knowledge comes from the project direction; you bring the technical specialism.
§ 05Joining the network
Send your profile, specialism, experience, stack, availability and indicative rate. The form below has everything needed.
A call to understand how you work and what kind of brief suits you. No technical test and no homework.
A look at previous work, skills and references where relevant. Showing what you've already built is enough.
You're registered as a potential collaborator within your specialism. Being on the list commits you to nothing.
When a fitting opportunity comes up, you get the scope, the timeline and the fee proposal. You can say no without leaving the network.
Work starts only after you accept role, deliverables and fee in writing. Not before.
Right now we're at step one.
Send your application§ 06Application
We want to meet independent professionals who share the same idea: applying technology to real, measurable problems in the agri-food trade. The more specific you are, the better we can match you to a project.
