What data we collect

Only what you type into the forms. On the company form: name, company, email and your description of the situation.

On the application form: full name, city or country, email, phone or LinkedIn, specialism, years of experience, technologies, professional links, project descriptions, engagement type, indicative rate and availability. If you attach a CV, whatever it contains.

We use no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies requiring consent.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

Company form: to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Application form: to assess your profile and add you to the network of potential collaborators. Legal basis: your consent on submission (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out on this data.

How long we keep it

Company enquiries are kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods.

Applications are kept while the network is active and until you request erasure. They are reviewed at least every two years.

Who we share it with

No data is shared with third parties except where legally required.

Email is handled through the controller's email provider, acting as a data processor. [Specify provider].

Where an application fits a specific project, your professional details may be shared with the end client solely to propose you as a collaborator, and only after informing you first.

Your rights
